Project Description:
This project involved the construction of four office rooms inside a large logistics warehouse, totaling approximately 130 square feet (12 square meters) per room. The rooms were designed to accommodate three employees, providing a comfortable and functional workspace within the industrial setting. Valentim Plastering utilized a combination of structural techniques, drywall installation, taping, plastering, and a finishing coat of gypsum (gesso) to ensure smooth and durable walls and ceilings. The final result was a series of professional, high-quality office spaces designed to foster productivity and comfort.

Challenges:
The primary challenge was integrating office spaces within an open, industrial warehouse environment while maintaining a high standard of finish and acoustical comfort. Ensuring that the drywall installation was seamless and that the plastering adhered perfectly to the ceiling and walls required meticulous attention to detail. Additionally, coordinating the construction work around the ongoing logistics operations within the warehouse was crucial to minimize disruption.
